About the Role
US35 is seeking several dynamic and results-driven External Marketing Specialists, Client Advisors, CRM Specialists, Salespersons, Account Executives to join our efforts in building and strengthening our brand presence across various geographies. In those roles, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients, enhance brand awareness, and establish US35 as a global impact in the wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive external marketing strategies that align with US35’s mission and objectives.
Content Creation: Craft compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases, to engage target audiences.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Partnerships & Events: Collaborate with industry organizations, attend events, and establish partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external communications.
Qualifications
All types of degrees welcome.
No finance experience required.
Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Good analytical skills and experience with marketing tools and social platforms
Proficiency In Software such as: Bloomberg Terminal, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint, Word, Microsoft Office, Google Drive For Business, Canva.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak a second language is a plus. English, Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (Shanghainese), Hong Kong Dialect, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean.
Experience in maintaining customer relations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
US35 is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing key insights and financial analysis to support our decision-making processes, helping drive the success of our wealth management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance, economics, or accounting and a passion for uncovering actionable data trends.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting insights and recommendations for leadership.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to support investment strategies and business initiatives.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and budgeting processes (GAAP, IFRS).
Experience with US regulatory environment and compliance standards such as SEC Filings, FINRA, MSRB, FDIC, Federal Reserve State System, SIPC.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial software such as Bloomberg, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, R Studio, Stata, MatLab, Python, Google Drive For Business.
Knowledge of wealth management and investment principles.
CFA or CPA certification (or progress towards certification) is a plus.
